About the event

“Great work to play! Real work concerns us ©” to unite organizations (private companies and public organizations), stakeholders (practitioners, consultants, coaches, teacher-researchers, etc.) around real work.

Management has always been one of the trees that hid the forest of work. The great upheaval caused by the Covid health crisis, the aspirations of workers, the unsustainability of certain managerial philosophies, and increasingly strong economic competition through disruptive technological innovations have highlighted the need to (re)think work to make collective action sustainable and, consequently, management and performance.

Once these observations have been made, several questions remain unanswered: What to do? How to do it? What are the obstacles to work that produces health and performance? Do we have the body of knowledge to support these new transformations? Can we prescribe these transformations? Who will support these transformations? What to do with organizational liabilities? Is there a price to pay for caring for work? ...

Ibrahima FALL holds a doctorate from the Ecole des Mines de Paris in management sciences and was a postdoctoral researcher at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST). He worked in business (industry, insurance) for many years before creating and developing a BtoB start-up on the internet. After spending five years in a European consulting firm as a director, he is now the founder and president of the management research and expertise firm Hommes & Décisions to support and help companies and organizations in general to change and transform through reality , a guarantee of sustainable performance .

He is the author and co-author of numerous publications (articles, books, chapters, etc.) on management and on business life in general. He regularly contributes to newspapers such as Le Monde, La Tribune, Forbes, etc.

His protean career at the crossroads of different worlds (business, research, consulting) allows him to approach management in its completeness: an art of action at the service of Man and the commons, anchored in a non-fantasized reality and nourished by the sciences of work.
