About the event
Inspired by the pedagogy developed by existing Frescoes (Climate, Change, Human Factors, Diversity…), the Management Fresco© is an operational, fun and collaborative workshop that helps to deploy and anchor your managerial model within your organization or to challenge it if you wish to evolve it to keep up with the permanent changes you have to face.
By participating in this workshop, you will follow a path comprising 7 key steps and interact on the 75 thematic cards offered in order to: - collectively define the typical profile of the Manager of tomorrow , - share the difficulties encountered, - identify possible resources, - capitalize on existing resources.
The exchanges between you will generate real awareness of the challenges facing your organization or sector of activity.
