A graduate of ESC Lille, Florence Villemain has worked in the B2B environment of HR services, in business development and marketing positions. She joined our interim management firm in 2003 and created the Managers Division in 2006. Florence is in charge of the General Management (GM) function .

Florence Villemain is in charge of recruiting interim managers. Valtus is one of the leading interim management companies in France and is looking for experienced CEOs, CIOs and CFOs.

Before creating TDAM Advisory , Thierry Charon worked for more than 15 years at Montpensier Finance as Managing Director and Partner. Thierry actively participated in the development and success of Montpensier Finance in both marketing/commercial and asset management. He developed numerous partnerships in strategic areas such as employee savings, private equity, structured products, etc. He also chaired Montpensier International in Luxembourg and headed the Risk Committee of Montpensier Finance . Previously, Thierry was Director of Diversified Management at IXIS Asset Management , member of the Strategic Investment Committee and the Management Committee. He was previously Head of Asset Allocation at AXA Investment Managers and member of the Investment Policy Committee, after starting his career as an International Bond Manager within the AXA Group.

From his first exercises of activity, Thierry Charon was entrusted with 5 missions, very different and very representative of his expertise. This new mentoring session is an opportunity to share his experience.

Recently, Thierry carried out a transitional management mission within Agrica, a pension and welfare group, to quickly and very operationally replace the DGA of the subsidiary in charge of asset management.

Mission started in January 2022 and transformed 6 months later into part-time recruitment as DGA, investment director, effective manager within the meaning of the AMF.

Since September 2023, Thierry Charon has been carrying out a new transitional management mission within Agrica in the financial department to compensate for the departure of the group's investment director and financial director (Pierre Richert).
