Rethinking executive training in a changing world. For intellectual renewal and managerial excellence.
Existing training is in problem solving mode or in skills acquisition mode. The acquisition of management skills by managers alone is insufficient and does not allow the development of the systemic, political and relational skills necessary for managerial action in a world undergoing profound transformation.
Executives need to understand the dynamics that govern the environments in which they operate, far from increasingly specialized tips and tricks.
They must be able to formulate problems in order to think of the best and build in time and space or to think of the worst in order to eliminate it at the lowest cost.
