About the event
The Marseille-Cassis International Classic is a 20km road race that requires crossing the Col de la Gineste, a 327-metre high pass, with a climb of around 5km and total positive and negative elevation changes of around 330 metres. Throughout the race, there are a multitude of picture-postcard landscapes, with the crossing of the Calanques National Park, a breathtaking natural panorama over 12km. Highlight of the show: the journey ends in the heart of the vineyards of Provence, in Cassis.
Program Overview
Departure from Paris by TGV, Saturday October 26. Sunday October 27, 2024: Start of the race at 9 a.m. and finish at the end of the morning + medal ceremony from 11:30 a.m. followed by lunch at the Cercle des Nageurs (CNM) restaurant.
