Today, the challenge for all organizations is to create sustainable and shared value. There are multiple challenges to retain/attract talent, investors and provide meaning in the long term.
However, investment players do not know each other or do not know each other well , and do not work together or do not work together much. Exchanges in institutional frameworks do not encourage trust and the search for common solutions, with each person remaining in their own position . There is currently no place that allows solutions to be "co-constructed" with all the players in the investment ecosystem by promoting the creation of lasting links.
It is to these shared convictions and observations that Khiplace intends to respond.
Creating a collective dynamic with all the players in the professional investor ecosystem to better engage and move the lines is key to success, because these projects only exist with the strength of a convinced collective.
